BeatonBeaton (aka Andrew Beaton) is a new London based producer who specialises in mellow trip-hop style music, mixing aspects of glitch with more natural sounding music influences.

Cellardore

Cellardore is an exciting dance music producer who is fusing the unlikeliest of sounds into proven killer dancefloor tracks.

And now with 3 new band members behind him, he can bring his music live to the stage.

Bristol-based Joe Sheldrick – aka Cellardore – has been DJing throughout London for more than three years and has headlined at some of the most notable underground dance events in the city, including the Elysian Project, Braindrop, Planet Angel, Wonderland and of course at the Acidic Records parties themselves, and is now expanding his audience to the rest of the world.
He has also been running the Acidic Records label since its inception two years ago. With a wealth of musical experience in various genres, it wasn’t until he discovered dance music that things really clicked. Today with his band behind him, he performs dynamic  live performances exclusively comprised of his own original tracks.
But he hasn’t allowed his success on the club circuit to interfere with his production, and has turned out a succession of awesome club bangers, cheeky bootlegs and filthy beats, as well as composing scores for independent films and putting an innovative six-hour track together, to be unveiled at a special Virus Project event in the near future.
In addition, Cellardore has worked with or remixed for Arcane Roots, The Vinyls, and recently won a prestigious Subsource remix competition decided by public vote, further cementing his reputation as a formidable producer and talented musician.

He weaves a range of relaxed, warm sounds, borrowing elements from trip-hop, breaks, psy and minimal, infusing them with fat, dubby basslines, elements of glitch and hints of ethnicity, with a tongue-in-cheek nod to pop culture. The perfect soundtrack to your post-clubbing cotch session.

McMash Clan

The McMash Clan are a 3 man production and turntablist team developing a formidableMcMash Clan reputation as peak-time festival smashers.

The Clan craft heavy bass music designed to destroy main room dancefloors. Hands in the air screwface stompers which crunch together dubstep, d&b, techno, jungle, moombahton, hardcore and world music influences.

Live they use 4 decks, NI Maschine and FX to triple-drop, scratch and re-edit their way through a meticulously choreographed and face-meltingly epic rave-bass mash-up. Genre and tempo boundaries are systematically torn down and reconstructed.

Their energetic live sets have seen them perform the Saturday night headline slot at Glastonbury's 10,000 capacity Arcadia stage, as well as at main dance stages at Secret Garden Party, Glade, Shambala, BLOC Weekend, Boomtown Fair and Electric Picnic.

The McMash Clan also run London's legendary Braindrop parties, who's ethos of Bass, Joy, Fun and Happiness has led to the growth of an incredibly friendly and loyal following.

Watch out for some big releases and a string of remixes from the McMash studios in late 2011.
